Mongo Oligo Mass Calculator Software facilitates the characterization and sequencing of DNA oligomers. Characteristic and distinct fingerprint product ion patterns permitted the discrimination amongst the individual 18-mer oligomers. Bidirectional sequencing using the product ions w, y, [a - B] and [d - H_(2)O]. Differentiation between the CID-MS/MS spectra of the 18-mer oligomers. Limitation: number of internal product ions makes the spectra more complexe to interpret.
