The soil bacterium, Corynebacterium glutamicum, is Grampositive, aerobic and non-pathogen. It is of great biotechnological interest because of its ability to enrich L-glutamate and other amino acids in the extracellular lumen. Furthermore, C. glutamicum belongs to the group of mycobacteria, which also comprises the pathogen bacteria Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and Mycobacterium leprae [1]. After multiresistant bacterial strains occur more and more widespread and victim numbers increase steadily, it becomes more important to possess a broad arsenal of antimicrobial substances [2] even to obtain new compound groups such as small peptides and metal conjugated peptides [3-5]. Antibiotics often process a membrane associated effect mechanism, whereas the effect mechanism of this mentioned new compound group remains still unclear [6-8]. In the past, the analysis of integral membrane proteins came out to be challenging, whereby several detection strategies have been developed [9-11].
