Quantitative Proteomic Analysis of HER2 Normal and Overexpressing MCF-7 Breast Cancer Cell

摘要

After transfection, the expression level of HER2 in MCF-7 cells was increasedby around four times. After optimization of the samplepre paration procedure and masss pectrometry conditions, approx2000 protein were identified and quantified in MCF-7 whole cell lysate. approx700 proteins were found having different expression levels in HER2 normal and overexpressing MCF-7 cells.
