摘要

GeLC/MS~(E) approach provides a robust platform for the identification and quantification of hydrophobic and low abundance proteins. The label-free strategy allows multiple comparisons of dynamic changes occurring in the proteome across different treatments and time points. Our preliminary data analysis has identified several salt-stress response proteins. Complete analysis will enhance our understanding of the molecular mechanisms of stress-tolerance.
