Lectins Based Identification Of Cancer Associated Glycoproteins In Cancer Patient Plasma

摘要

Antibody targeting allowed selection of <50 plasma proteins in a single step, of which >=1/3 were cancer associated. By using different analytical strategy, we get relatively consistent result, and some novel biomarker candidate were discovered. All the potential biomarker identified in our method will be validated in a large sample size by MRM and western blotting.
