摘要

FluidMAG-PAA can be used to isolate Salmonella and some species of Bacillus, Enterococcus and Staphylococcus from water, and Salmonella can be identified to sub-species; Rapid and accurate identification of bacterial contamination in water can be expected by the integration of magnetic separation with fluidMAG-PAA or SiMAG-Ionex and MALDI-MS analysis when a MALDI spectral database of characterized bacterial strains is set up.
