摘要

The Ni-Ru-Zr ternary system is being studied to develop coatings to improve the temperature resistance of Ni-based superalloys in order to increase the operation temperature of turbine jet engines. The binary phase diagrams of Ni-Ru, Ni-Zr and Ru-Zr, have been extensively studied. The Ni-Ru binary is a simple peritectic system, whereas the Ni-Zr is a complex system with peritectic, eutectic, eutectoid, and peritectoid reactions. No literature was found on the ternary system. Preliminary results of the Ni-Ru-Zr samples are reported.
