摘要

Surface roughness of Moso Bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens) sanded with different granularity abrasive belt was measured by a fine stylus method and analyzed with various factors. Then the bonding strength of bamboo piece sanded with different granularity abrasive belt was measured.And the relationship between bonding strength and surface roughness was analyzed. The results show that the abrasive belt granularity and bamboo surface structure can affect the surface roughness of bamboo piece. The bonding strength of the bamboo piece after sanded with different granularity abrasive belt is various, and bonding strength does not linearly increase with decrease of surface roughness
