Winds and Chromospheres of Cool (Super-)Giants

We summarise the CS 15 splinter session dealing with the winds and chromospheres ofcool giant and supergiant stars. The motivation behind the session was to bring together variousresearchers in the field with the purpose of forming some important common goals for future work,as well as to hear some of the latest results. We provide an overview of the results that were presentedand highlight some of the main outcomes of the discussions
