摘要

The performed theoretical studies refer to the qualitative and quantitative influence of some parameters on the interaction with the soil of foundations elastically embedded in soil. Thus, it was analyzed their influence on rotation and horizontal displacement of the foundation, the soil nature around it, marked out by the value of subgrade reaction coefficient characteristic. Also, it was studied the influence of foundation depth concerning the size of reactive pressures on the base and lateral sides of foundation, as well on the displacements and position of rotation axis. These theoretical studies were performed by the authors with their own software, being analyzed two types of rigid foundations elastically embedded in soil, namely circular and square base foundations.
