The purpose of this study was to evaluate the long term outcomes of implanto-prosthetic rehabilitation in bone grafted alveolar clefts according to implant survival and success rate.Clefts lip and palate are the most common malformations among facial developmental anomalies. The incidence of CLP in Italy is 1: 700 live births.The cause of this malformation has been assumed to be multifactorial, and environmental, geographical (the incidence increases greatly in the Asian race: 1 / 400 live births) and genetic, because this malformation can occur in isolated clefts or associated with syndrome[1] factors are taken into account.Clefts lip and palate are generally divided into two groups, which are isolated cleft palate and cleft lip with or without cleft palate.The cleft lip and palate according to the anatomic structures involved can be classified unilateral or bilateral, complete or incomplete [2].It is associated with many problems including cosmetic deformities, dental abnormalities, speech, swallowing and growth difficulties[3].
