The task of development elementary antenna for a circular lattice is considered. Elementary antenna in a circular lattice should have the small sizes, a wide frequency band of and spherical radiation pattern. The carried out researches have shown, that good approach the desirable antenna is a E - horn with filler. The filler should be magnetodielectric with equal dielectric and magnetic permeability. Idea of creation of materials with the wave resistance equal to wave resistance of an environment, for the first time had been offered Zommerfeld for creation of a covering which would make a submarine invisible in an acoustic wave band [1]. Such materials with success are used in technologies Cmen3 [1], however in tasks of reduction of dimensions of antennas have started to be applied more recently [2-8]. In the given work dielectric and magnetic properties of homogeneous and layered mixes are examined. Radiation patterns and TWR of E - horn antenna with filler in frequency band 0.1 - 3 GHz are calculated. It is shown, that the sizes of the antenna for frequency 500 MHz are close to the sizes which follow from a fundamental limit of Chu -^sHarrington.
