摘要

In this paper we present analysis, simulation and design of 2X2 Microstrip patch array radiating in the presence of a hemispherical dielectric lens and experimentally demonstrate an increase in directive gain due to lens collimation. Simulation and experimental results are presented for single patch and by 2X2 array. The lens is separately tested with microstrip array antenna. The simulation and experimental results are compared and are found in good agreement.
