The production of Delta baryon resonances in heavy ion C+C collisions, using a 2-m propane bubble chamber exposed to beams of light relativistic nuclei from the Dubna synchrophasotron, has been investigated. The transverse momentum spectra of Delta baryon resonances have been measured and analyzed within a simple thermodynamical collective flow model and a boundary model. The goal was to find a simple, but realistic parameterization of the freeze-out stage in these collisions. As typical freeze-out parameters temperature T and R have been obtained from the collective flow and temperature T from the boundary model.
