In 1979 J. G. Korner, G. Kramer and J. Willrodt presented an exploratory quark model calculation of two-body and quasi-two-body nonleptonic (n.1.) charm baryon decays. This paper was done before mass and lifetime measurements of charm baryons existed let alone before any charm baryon decays had been identified. Later in 1992, after some charm baryon decay modes had been observed, Korner and Kramer presented an updated and improved quark model analysis of two-body Cabibbo favored non-leptonic decays of charmed baryons. Both of these papers were based on an approach developed much earlier by E Hussain and P. Rotelli for studying nonleptonic hyperon (strange baryon) decays. Since the 1992 paper by Komer and Kramer, more data has emerged on both Cabibbo favored and Cabibbo suppressed n.l. decays of charmed baryons. It is therefore now timely to update and improve the quark model analysis incorporating the new experimental information on charm baryon masses, lifetimes and decay branching ratios. We present an exhaustive analysis of both Cabibbo favored and Cabibbo suppresssed decays of A_c, ∑_c, [I]_c and Ω_c, decays within the spectator quark model taking into account the latest experimental results. We also compare these results with the current algebra approach of Hussain and Scadron.
