Recently, the conditions surrounding petroleum are the tendency towards heavier crude oil and the demand for clean oils and an important key phrase in petroleum refining is "Produce more light oils from the heavier oil". In order to achieve these requirements, we have investigated about these reaction mechanism and FCC raw materials and developed two kinds of FCC additive, MTR series and BTR series. By applying these additives for FCC unit, we can propose the solution for above key word and we believe that this can provide RFCC operation with greater flexibility. Residue can be converted into light oil more than before without changing, feed oil, throughput or catalyst addition rate. Heavier residue can be treated without changing the throughput, product yield or catalyst addition rate.
