Soil organic matter presents a major pool of carbon in the biosphere and can act both as a source and a sink for carbon and other greenhouse gases. In present time as a consequence of climate changes and rapid changes in land use and land management is very important task prediction of soil organic carbon stock in upcoming time period. Prediction of SOC on the basis application of RothC 26.3 model on Slovak agricultural land is a main goal of project: Modelling of estimation and prediction of soil organic carbon stock. In this paper changes of SOC stock according two different climate scenarios and optimal or base run management scenario on arable soils of two different regions in time scale 1970–2100 are shown.
