摘要

There appears to be a relationship of perceived discomfort reported by the employee and actual objectively measured physiologic responses. The location for the most discomfort is at the feet-particularly the heels, which will begin to affect standing postures and other body areas. Placing the cushioning as close to the foot surface improves balance reactions and reduces fatigue as supported by recent EMG data. Insole programs address issues related to standing, muscle fatigue, foot pain, & aging workforce.
