Study of inelastic contribution in the ~7Be + p scattering experiment at CRIB

The ~7Be(p,y)8B reaclion is undoubtfully important to the understanding of the solar model, As a step in the direction of improving the accuracy of the Si 7 astrophysical factor, a study of the ~7Be + p scattering was performed with the thick target method at the CRIB facility.
