A High Performance Concave Silicon Raman Laser

摘要

We present a novel structure for silicon Raman lasers to improve efficiency of Continues-Wave (CW) lasing. Then, we show that our proposed structure not only provides higher optical Raman gain but also lowers threshold pump power.
