摘要

To measure the temperature dependent complex permittivity of dielectric materials, a TM_(010)modeof a cylindrical cavity resonator at a frequency of 2.45 GHz has been designed. In the measurement, theoutput power of a vector network analyzer is amplified to heat materials while simultaneously obtainingcomplex permittivity by measuring transmission coefficient. The experimental results are examined, andthe measuring accuracy of complex permittivity by the perturbation method is discussed comparing theresults from rigorous analysis for TM_(010)mode cylindrical cavity resonator. From the results, it is found thatthe error of the result for relative dielectric constant became 1.5% or less.
