SHORT RANGE CORRELATIONSIN RELATIVISTIC NUCLEAR MODELS

摘要

Short range correlations are introduced using the unitary operator method in a relativis-tic theory of nuclear matter based on the Hartree-Fock approximation. Pion exchange,including the tensor contribution, is taken into account. It is found that both the tensorcontribution of pion exchange and short range correlations soften the equation of state.The neutron matter equation of state is also discussed.
