Color appearance of color samples illuminated with white LED light sources and the D65 fluorescent lamp simulator are measured by the method of elementary color scaling, then it was investigated a quantitative relationship between elementary color scales obtained by the experiment and the perceived attributes given by the color appearance model, CIECAM02. The elementary color scales were mapped in the CIECAM02 color space. We confirmed that the mapping of elementary color scales in the CIECAM02 space did not depend on the light sources. Finally, we developed the equations which represent the relation between the elementary color scales, w, s, r, g, y, b and the color attributes given by CIECAM02, the lightness J, the chroma C, and the hue angle h.
