For advantages of energy-saving and better human comfort, floor radiant system has been widely used in the cold-winter zone in China. However, in Yangtze River valley, the main purpose for air conditions is to dehumidify and keep a suitable indoor temperature in summer. According to the climate conditions in hot summer and cold winter zone, a new type of radiant system has been applied which is called as floor radiant system combined with dehumidifier. This combined system can solve the condensation trouble for radiant floor cooling in summer. Experimental results showed that the combined system supports a better indoor thermal environment and human comfort, in comparison with single floor cooling system. Also, aiming at promoting the running stability of heat pump, this paper suggests a manipulation called big temperature difference and small water flow management. Besides, in order to analyze weight coefficient and superior value of each factor, we programmed software which helps to popularize this combined system over Yangtze River valley.
