摘要

Radio frequency (RF) quadrupole mass spectrometers (QMS) have come to be used in various fields because of their compactness. Ionized specimens are separated while passing through a QMS in accordance with their m/z values. The mass resolution of QMSs must be raised to identify species with high accuracy. The mass resolution is related to the alignment of a QMS's four rod electrodes [1].
