One-pot heterogeneous Pd-catalysed synthesis of stilbenes, bibenzyls and bis(bibenzyls)

摘要

Natural stilbenes, like Resveratrol or Combretastatin A-4, exhibit important biological activities (antineoplastic, antiangiogenesis, cytotoxic...). Moreover, the corresponding saturated bibenzyls are found as the subunit core in a number of natural bis(bibenzyles) like Perrottetin or macrocyclic compounds such as the Marchantin or Riccardin series of biological interest.
