Study on phylogeny of Oncomelania hupensis in Guangxi

摘要

With the development of molecular biology, information of sequencing and mutation of genes offered new evidence of biology evolvement (Xie, 2004). Exploring the phylogeny of Guangxi Oncomelania hupensis isolate was executed by clustering three isolates from Guangxi, Hunan and Yunnan based on COX1 and Cytb gene mutation and the relation of geography, history background and transplant.
