1. Drift gas influenced selectivity of separation. 2. Profiles of arrival time distribution were well reproducible. 3. It allowed their fitting by superposition of Gaussian functions, resultant functions provided peak areas of analytes in mixtures. 4. Such approach has overcome weakness of integration of overlapped asymmetric peaks.
