Silk-Based Glyco-Enrichment Tip for Purification and Enrichment of Glycans and Glycopeptides

摘要

A novel bioanalytical method containing a natural product for the enrichment and purification of glycans and glycopeptides was developed. Site-specific glycopeptide analysis of IgG was achieved by the enrichment of glycopeptides using silk based glycoenrichment tip.
