摘要

In this study we pointed out well-known TFs involved in differentiation, such as members of the C/EBP and NF1 families, but also novel seq-specific DNA interacting proteins which can play a major role in cell fate determination. Additionally we provide an high throughput Protein-DNA interactome within a MSCs differentiation model, overcoming one of the biggest limitation of classical ChIP based strategies.
