摘要

The major focus of this study was on the development of a targeted proteomic method for assessing small GTPase expression levels in cancer cell lines. We demonstrated the successful use of gel-based enrichment coupled with scheduled LC-MRM assay for proteome-wide monitoring of small GTPases. In addition, we further derived a quantitative targeted proteomic workflow by combining this approach with stable isotope-labeling by amino acids in cell culture (SILAC).
