摘要

We have developed a high throughput and accurate absolute quantification method for amine-containing metabolites using iDiLeu labeling technique combined with high-resolution and accurate-mass orbitrap mass spectrometer. A total of 88 amine-containing metabolites were identified from human CSF sample, which covered most primary and secondary amine containing metabolites from online human CSF metabolome database. This established method can be used in the future to validate amine metabolite biomarkers in CSF for Alzheimer's disease.
