摘要

A rapid, efficient and reproducible rSOD method was developed and optimized for quantitative proteomics. rSOD achieved superior qualitative and quantitative performance comparted with prevalent sample preparation protocols (e.g. FASP,InS), especially for long and highly hydrophobic peptide species. A proof-of-concept study of 44 IAV-infect mouse lungs suggested the outstanding applicability of this rSOD method for large-scale proteome profiling studies.
