The conformational dynamics of Microperoxidase-11 were explored as a function of solvent conditions and time after desolvation. Distinct IMS bands were observed. Their relative abundances were shown to depend on solvent conditions and time after desolvation. Kinetic profiles showed the interconvertion processes as a function of the desolvation time.
