摘要

Positive nESI spectra of Polysorbate 80 sample, Tween 80, can be simplified using ion/ion gas-phase reaction with Carborane, a weakly coordinating anion that removes a metal cation adduct. Using this reaction, we were able to increase peak capacity and eliminate overlap between ions of different charge states thus reducing spectral complexity.
