MVA presents a set of tools that can help manage and understand the often complex data sets generated from MS images and spectra. The NBToolbox provides a set of functions that enables users to carry out MVA on MS data. The NESAC/BIO NBToolbox along with tutorials and other resources are available from the NESAC/BIO website (http://www.nb.uw.edu/mvsa/nbtoolbox).
