Novel approach for pharmacokinetics and plasma protein binding study of teneligliptin using High Resolution Accurate Mass Spectrometer and Ultrafiltration: in-vitro and in-vivo estimation

摘要

The presented method serves in estimating both PK parameters and % protein binding. Detection limit of 0.5 ng/mL is enough to meet the very low concentrations when orally administrated at low doses of 0.1 and 1 mg/kg in rats. The proposed method was found to be simple, sensitive, precise and accurate.
