Metabolomics Analysis Operations Available for the BioCyc Pathway Databases and Website

The BioCyc.org website contains genome and metabolic pathway databases for 5,500 organisms from all domains of life. BioCyc databases (also called Pathway/Genome Databases or PGDBs) are generated computationally from the sequenced genome of an organism. The Pathway Tools software predicts the metabolic reactions, pathways, and metabolites present in a sequenced organism by computationally matching enzymes in the sequenced genome against enzymes and reactions in MetaCyc, a universal metabolic database.
