摘要

Increased global protein O-GlcNAc modification from OGA inhibition likely increases osteogenesis through multiple mechanisms. Both BMP2/7 and Thiamet G increase phosphorylation of the core-binding factor beta (Cbfβ), a transcriptional regulator critical for bone formation.
