Achieved over 95% duty cycle when compared with 66% duty cycle for a single channel setup; 30% improvement over the single channel injection. Demonstrated inter- and intra-column reproducibility on a set of 93 consecutive HeLa injections. Verified the functionality of infusion slot D for direct infusion of samples.
