摘要

Differences between estradiol responses from cells cultured at the two different institutions are due to differences in the basal level of expression as seen when comparing 0nM controls (being responsible for differences when comparing 1nM with 0nM E2). Once the institution-specific differences are removed from analysis, we see large overlap in responses of E2 and PPT (an ERa agonist) treatment as is expected from expression of Estrogen Receptor Alpha in MCF-7 cell line.
