Several kinases are shared among different cell lines reflecting common signalling events involved in BRAFi resistance. (Figure 2A & C). Kinases with significantly higher ATP uptake in the resistant lines formed interconnected pathways reflecting adaptive response to BRAFi resistance. (Figure 2B.).
