摘要

UIS3 protein from Plasmodium vivax seems to bind with proteins in mitochondria, although this study need to see interacting protein in fatty acid and lipid pathway but they also binds to other proteins (direct or indirect). AGPAT1, Fatty Acid Synthase and Alpha enolase are suspected proteins that interact to UIS3 and might affect to host metabolism and essential for malaria development.
