Application of TMTcalibrator and Phosphopeptide Enrichment for Global PhosphoproteomicAnalysis of CSF from Alzheimer's Disease Patients

Coupling our TMTcalibrator approach with the phosphopeptide enrichment workflow of SysQuant, enhances discovery of numerous biomarker candidates in CSF that reflect Alzheimer's disease pathways and biology. In excess of 45,000 peptides and more than 11,000 phosphopeptides were identified and quantified. Validation studies are currently being planned with a larger cohort of CSF samples.
