Liquid Chromatography Coupled Electron Capture Dissociation in a Radio Frequency Linear Ion Trap for the Top-down Analysis of Protein Mixtures

摘要

A mixture of five kinds of mature polypeptides containing intact modifications were analyzed and all of the polypeptides were identified using the LC coupled RF-ECD TOF mass spectrometer. Identification of glycopeptides from Lys-C digests mixture was performed by the online LC-ECD experiments. This LC/RF-ECD based technology will be applied to the clinical research such as biomarker discovery and validation.
