Identification of proteins in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 cultured in constant light and constant darkness

Different proteins have been labeled by PIR in LL and DD conditions. 11 labeled proteins are related to light stress-inducible genes. In particular, 6 of them have been found in both conditions. 3 and 2 proteins are unique to LL or DD, respectively. Potentially, different protein-protein interactions can be identified using PIR strategy.
