摘要

Formaldehyde induced crosslinking between the amino acid and nucleoside through the methylene bridge. Cysteine, Lysine, Histine, Trptophan are involved in the crosslinking reaction in model reaction systems. Cysteine-dG, Lysine-dG and Cystein-dA adducts are main crosslinking adducts.
