摘要

A nano-LC MS method has been developed for plasma glycan analysis. Retention time reproducibility, mass measurement accuracy and MS/MS efficiency has been studied/optimize using a standard glycan mixture. The diagnostic value of the identified glycans have been evaluated and compared to the "gold standard" CA125. Future work will entail identifying the numerous other potential glycans and the completion of all samples (Figure 8).
