The control CEM cells were succesfully labeled. The proper buffer containing Benzonase endonuclease for complete cell lysis was developed. Separated proteins on preparative gradient gel electrophoresis were digested using trypsin. Extracted tryptic peptides from each fraction were father separated on microHPLC on line connected to FTMS. MS and MS/MS spectra were recorded with an error below 1.5ppm. More than 680 proteins were successfully quantified.
