Validation of Thermoanalytical Methods and Instruments

摘要

The thermal analysis user may be required by a quality initiative to validate the performance of a method or an instrument. Such validations require demonstration of detection limit, quantification limit, repeatability, linearity and bias. Detailed procedures are provided for such validation using the enthalpy measurement of differential scanning calorimetry as an example.
